Refund Policy

Refund eligibility
All sales are final once a CV has been delivered. We offer refunds only in the following narrow circumstances:
- Non-delivery on our side: if we fail to deliver your CV within the stated SLA (Standard: next working day. Rush: 2 working hours within working hours) due to fault on our side, we will offer a full refund within 7 working days of your written request to info@potatoresume.com.
- Order placed in error: if you have paid but not yet submitted the intake form, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment to info@potatoresume.com.
Not eligible for refund
- Revisions requested after the 7-day Rush revision window
- Dissatisfaction with content quality where we have fully followed the brief you provided
- Orders where you provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected the deliverable
- Standard tier orders after the CV has been delivered, regardless of reason
How to request a refund
Email info@potatoresume.com with subject “Refund request — Order [your order ID]”. Include the reason and any supporting context. We respond within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 7 working days via the original payment method.
